Outpatient Programs

Get the help you need while keeping your job, staying with family, and living your life. Outpatient treatment works around your schedule.

Three Levels of Outpatient Care

Outpatient isn't one-size-fits-all. Programs range from all-day treatment to weekly check-ins.

Partial Hospitalization (PHP)

Most intensive outpatient option
6-8 hours/day, 5-7 days/week

Like residential treatment but you go home at night. Full days of therapy, groups, and support.

Best for: People leaving residential or who need significant structure

Intensive Outpatient (IOP)

Moderate intensity
3 hours/day, 3-5 days/week

Morning or evening sessions so you can work or go to school. Groups, therapy, and check-ins.

Best for: People with stable homes who need regular support

Standard Outpatient

Maintenance support
1-2 hours/week

Weekly therapy sessions and support groups to maintain recovery long-term.

Best for: People transitioning from higher levels of care
